Access to the apartment is gained via a private, secure and stylish entrance lobby.
The lounge/dining room of this one level apartment contains a sofa, two arm chairs, dining table which seats four people, and Sky television.   A French window allows access to the south-facing terrace that has a table and four chairs. There is a south facing double bedroom and a twin bedded room at the rear.   The bathroom has a full size bath, with shower over, bidet, WC and washbasin,
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
