Casa Pamela is a luxurious three bedroom attached villa style property with stunning views over Mijas golf course. It has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard and is fully equipped so as to appeal to the discerning guest.

There is easy access from the road into the south facing lounge/dining area. The lounge has comfortable seating for five people, display cabinet, television and stereo unit. The dining section has a large glass dining table with seating for six adults. The adjoining modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave cooker, and dishwasher.

From the lounge there is a small, south facing, balcony with views over Mijas golf course to the coast. Steps lead to the main sunny terrace, which again has stunning views over the golf course. This terrace has a fitted marble table, chairs, sun loungers and a sun canopy.

Stairs down from the lounge lead to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, fitted units and en suite bathroom, toilet and shower facilities.

The second bedroom has twin beds. At his level there is a separate shower room and toilet. The washing machine and dryer unit are concealed in a special cupboard.

From a small hallway, which contains a second large fridge/freezer, doors lead to a small court yard. From here, steps lead down to the third totally separate and independent bedroom. This has twin beds and en-suite shower and toilet facilities. This bedroom can also be accessed from the street by its own private and secure entrance.

Because of its unique structure and layout, Casa Pamela can be rented as a two or three bedroom property.

Air conditioning/heating is installed in the main rooms. There is also a Sky satellite television system.
